Quotes received through the Site are estimates only and do not form a binding agreement until confirmed directly with Valley Crown.

Customers are responsible for payment in full for all services rendered by Valley Crown. We honor our original estimates unless the scope of work changes, additional labor or materials are required, or new conditions are discovered during the job. Any such changes will be clearly disclosed and approved by the customer before work begins or continues.
For any service totaling over $1,000, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the appointment. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of service. If the job is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, the deposit will not be refunded.

Once items have been removed and delivered to the appropriate transfer station, landfill, or recycling facility, Valley Crown Junk Removal is not responsible for their handling, processing, or final disposal. We operate in accordance with local regulations and disposal guidelines, but liability for items after drop-off lies with the receiving facility.
